Applebee's Grill - North Richland Hills

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The customer service was excellent, and the bartender, Portia, was particularly helpful. I will definitely be returning soon, thanks to the outstanding service and delicious food.

I've never actually dined at this restaurant, but as a DoorDash driver, I have to say the staff is fantastic! They get the food out quickly, and everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. Even though they were clearly busy, they took the time to assist me, which was much appreciated. I wish I knew the name of the person who helped me, but you were definitely the MVP, alongside the woman who brought out the food. Honestly, everyone I encountered was wonderful. The food smelled amazing, and it was served hot and fast!

I gave this place five stars for two reasons, and neither of them was the food. It had been ten years since my last visit to Applebee's because I wasn't a fan of their dishes, and unfortunately, my opinion hasn't changed. However, our greeter, whose name escapes me but was a sweet blonde and a former student at Shannon High School, made a great impression. The second standout was our server, Andrea. She was incredible—thoughtful, polite, and just lovely. Both of these young women worked hard and maintained their smiles, even when faced with challenging customers. Applebee's is lucky to have them on their team.

Open for Christmas! Super busy, limited menu and long wait. But food hot, delicious and they were OPEN. The staff, although it was so busy, was super great, friendly and happy to work! Service ratings below rated 1 star because they can work on better service during the rush, either more employees or floating managers who check on all tables/stands to help the thinly operated servers on tables/speed. I bet on a normal service day, they do an amazing job. Thank you for being open.

Okay, so I haven't eaten in Applebee for 30 years. In the last two weeks I decided to have delivered food from them because of their hours and I was very impressed. I have to say it. You're bone-in hot chicken wings... really good! Better than Hooters who are really not so great) and better than BJ's and some other places. Your Whiskey Bourbon Burger.... really good, it tastes like a real hamburger like something that would make you far better on your grill than Red Robin, Twisted Root... Yes, I said Twisted Root.. or many other burger sites I have been. So credit due for credit earned, good work Applebee's I am impressed!
