Boston Market - North Richland Hills

This place must close. Today she was there and the lady said they didn't have a chicken just meek, so, okay, we get **** she goes so we're out of the heavy. everything looked like he was dried up. it was rough. all drinks, where the machine is outside, they suck!

Previously, it was good, but somewhere something went wrong. Mack and cheese were like water and do not cook all the way. huh was extremely salty and **** in the middle not completely boiled. the kartoffels were good, but this is it. never again my business is lost for good.

I don't know, but I've come here the last three times! and the three times ive have been so good! I love it! I even asked the girl if they were under new management! they did something!

Older night shift manager was extremely rude and refused to serve me and my family, although they closed the load before closing time. the half of the time is this place from an object or the order is wrong or they are only sick and tempered. I was a franchise food manager myself, I don't understand how this place is still open. that was the last time for me and my family. if they want to eat rude service and cold, they probably did not order that this is the place for them.

Christmas Eve I show up to pick up my online order for my families Christmas dinner and they proceed to tell me my order has been canceled. That they are only filling holiday orders, I thought my order WAS INDEED a holiday order ,the fact that they don’t notify you with an email, or phone call to notify you that your order will not be able to be fulfilled is beyond me!!!!! I really don’t fault the employees but atleast a phone call would of suffice. I’m left last minute scrambling for Christmas dinner!!!! AND IVE SEEN NO REFUND!!!
