Bubble Chews - North Richland Hills

The facility is clean and hasn 't been overly busy on the two times I have went there. Offers a wide variety of flavors, at a reasonable price. However, the 'bubbles ' you get in the drink have a very 'off ' aftertaste to them, which my whole family agreed on (all were different flavored bubbles) Will go back, but will not purchase the 'bubbles ' for the drinks.

It's not entirely fancy but it looks nice at least. They have free to use computers and relaxing seats with board games to pass the time. The boba teas, shakes, and smoothies there are great too. Lots of delicious choices!

I like the fruit smoothies, and while the service is on the slow side, I understand that it's because they make each drink to order, and that can take time if there's a line. It's not a major complaint, but be aware of it if you're in a hurry. It's worth the wait to me! Also, I am glad they ASK if you want the pearls and chews in the bottom. I hate those things, so I like not having to specify that I don't want them.

Love the milk tea.....but I miss the sugar free syrups they used to have. Not too crowded, fast, decent prices, clean and friendly. If you can have sugar def check this place out tons of yummy options

I have visited Bubble Chews several times in the past and have always enjoyed it. However, my most recent visit yesterday was quite disappointing. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed that the air conditioning wasn't on. Given that it was a hot summer day, it made the experience uncomfortable. I ordered my bubble tea right after my friend, but while he received his drink after about 10 minutes, I was left waiting. The staff seemed to be preoccupied in the back room, even though there were several customers in the front, so I assumed they were busy. After another 15 minutes had passed—by which time my friend had finished his drink—I approached one of the employees. To my dismay, she asked if I wanted to order something else! It seemed they had completely lost my order, which left me feeling extremely frustrated. I wasn't the only one experiencing issues; another customer complained about being charged for drinks she hadn’t ordered. In conclusion, while I truly enjoy Bubble Chews' bubble tea, I am not impressed with their customer service.
