Chipotle Mexican Grill

It was my first time dining here, and it definitely won't be my last. I had a very enjoyable experience. The food was surprisingly good, especially for this type of establishment. A family member had assured me that the food would be great, and they were right. I will certainly be back. The staff was delightful as well. If you haven't tried this place yet, it's a must-visit!

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! I visited during my lunch break, and even though there was a long line, I was able to get through it in under five minutes. The food was incredibly fresh and vibrant. The staff was friendly, attentive, and generous with portion sizes. I was particularly impressed by a young woman in line who frequently changed her gloves and served customers with a smile; she managed to assist a lot of people quickly on her own. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

I really enjoy this restaurant. The decor is done beautifully. The Burrito Bowl with salad instead of rice is a great choice for diabetics and anyone following the Whole30 diet.

I wouldn't recommend working here if you're a guy. I was employed here for six months until some of the female staff fabricated stories about me, which ultimately led to my termination. On a positive note, the food is generally good.

The delivery van left the bag on the doorstep without even knocking or ringing the doorbell, leaving the food to sit outside and get cold. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. I had requested double meat for the new garlic steak, but I only received a single portion. The ‘fajita veggies’ I expected, which usually consist of sautéed peppers and onions, were just raw pepper slices. There were no napkins or cutlery included, and they didn’t even put the entrance receipt in the bag. For over $20, plus a Christmas tip, this was the worst dining experience I've had at this particular Chipotle, especially considering we've visited them many times in the past. If this was just a fluke, that’s one thing, but if the NRH location is genuinely this subpar, I would recommend everyone stick to the Bedford location instead.
