Dairy Queen - North Richland Hills

I had never tried this place before, but today it was definitely worth it! My daughter ordered a shake with chocolate candy, and I had a strawberry shake that tasted amazing—it's the best shake I've had in Texas so far! We live right across the street, so we’ll definitely be coming back often. Thanks to the cashier for the great service; he brought our drinks and napkins to us with a smile!

We hadn't visited DQ in quite some time, and we were pleased to discover they now offer twelve different Blast flavors. I tried the Girl Scout Thin Mint Blast, which was fantastic. They also have a wide variety of other ice cream treats and delicious grilled menu items. Overall, it's a great place to enjoy some tasty food and desserts.

The cheeseburger came without any lettuce or tomatoes, and there was also no cheese. It was served cold—honestly, it felt like I could have played hockey with it. The fries were barely warm, while the steak fingers were at least hot. The staff seemed more focused on the door than on providing good customer service. I'm done with this Dairy Queen.

We spent $25 for two items: a salad that was rock-hard, burnt, and moldy, and a burger that was terrible. We even paid extra for cheese, but it wasn’t included. The bun was as hard as a rock, and the meat was tough. The food tasted like it was a week old. Don't waste your time here—I won't be returning to this place. Honestly, my dog could prepare a better meal than what we had. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. This experience also made me feel sick.

Andrew at the window is the most polite and professional staff member I've encountered in a while. The food is classic for the chain, and the Dummy Bars are a must-try. This vibrant Texas spot really shines in Haltom City! I would definitely come back here! ;) Food rating: 4/5.
