Starbucks - North Richland Hills

I love this location. I was a barista for 6 years. 3 of those years were for Starbucks. It’s hard to find a Starbucks location where management has taught them to care about their espresso times. I come here a lot of mornings throughout the week and they have never given me less than perfect shots, even with a busy drive thru moving at the same time as the cafe. Tastes the same every time. The staff here is wonderful. Great attitudes. Great rapport with each other.

This place usually does pretty well but today they left out my favorite part of my drink. The caramel macchiato is supposed to come with caramel drizzle and they completely left it out. You can see in the pictures provided that there is clearly no caramel drizzle. It typically sinks down to the bottom of the cup and you can’t even see it there. I was in a rush so I didn’t check it until I had already left. My drink was supposed to be prepared by 9:43 and it wasn’t finished until 9:53 and I couldn’t stay any longer. When you’re paying $6+ for a drink, you would think it would be right, even if they are swamped with orders…

If your looking to get a good coffee and have a delicious breakfast sandwich in morning this is the place to be. Its fast and efficient with outstanding employees that cater to your coffee needs

Love the coffee. I ordered drive thru and they were so polite. The chocolate crossont (i cant spell lol) was so delicious
