I went through the drive through at the North Royalton store, and after a 20 minute wait, they didn't give me my fries. I pulled around and tried to run in in, but the doors were locked (it was 4:30), so I pulled back into the drive through, and after 5 minutes in line, was asked to wait. five minutes after that I finally got to speak with someone and was told to pull through. 20 minutes after that, I had cold fries shov at me with a scowl on the lady's face! I understand that staffing is hard to come by, but customer service is paramount, and they should have run the fries out to my car with an apology, instead of the rude behavior and making me wait 20 minutes! I will not be going back!
Just got done waiting in the drive through line with two other cars for almost 20 minutes. This location is pathetically slow. Support other burger kings so places like this with abysmal service go under. Poor management or ownership for sure. This will be the last time I ever come to this location.
Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and when I finally got my food they forgot multiple items and my chicken sandwich was drenched in mayonnaise. Gross food and long wait time. I don’t usually leave reviews but they also forgot my water so the mayo in my mouth will have to stay caked on until I can find a drink.
I would always take my grandma to eat at the pleasant valley. Passing by the abandond building every day is depressing. So I don't get why you guys bought the place, refused to sell the property to Meijer, then left the building to rot. You fixed up every one in the area but decided not to with this one. I mean this one can't be worse than the one in valley view that you also own. Go fix your mess and re open the place.
