Bill's Fish - North Shields

Only three people are allowed at a time, but the queue looks long and moves quickly. This restaurant is a must-visit when you're at the beach in Cullercoats. The haddock fillet is only 30p more than the cable, which is a great deal. If you enjoy mushy peas, be sure to request them as you get five times more than in a pot. The fish and chips are incredibly fresh and absolutely addictive – by far the best!

Oh my goodness! This place never disappoints! The fish and chips are the best! The mushy peas can sometimes be hit or miss, but be sure to get them for the crispy bits! I always recommend getting the chips with gravy! Fish and chips with gravy are amazing! Is a battered sausage a side or a main? I think it’s a side!

I had the renter meal, which was fish and chips, and it was really nice. It was freshly cooked and a good portion size. Delicious! I will definitely return!

The best curry sauce I had on my chips for a long time. much too. hit the place on a blue day during a bike tour.

The food is great, the staff are amazing as well. Especially the young lad behind the counter, he was funny and very helpful.
