The menu at this restaurant is divided into vegetarian and meat options, with a wide variety of vegetarian ingredients to choose from. My personal favorites are cucumber, burdock, black pepper mushroom, long beans, and peanuts or kidney beans. I have visited other QQ Rice locations before, but I prefer this one in Woodlands because they are consistent with the size of their rice balls. The staff here are also very friendly. On the 1st and 15th day of the Lunar calendar, they have a 'Vegetarian Day' promotion where you can get a 10% discount on vegan/vegetarian items.
Have been eating qq rice for years back, for the rice rolls, the oyster mushroom, wakame and Kaiser-Veg aromen taste good, my favorite is the oyster mushroom, handroll and bento also available, their qq vegan bento tastes great sesame oil mushroom haferreis tastes normal, all vegan and vegetarian ingredients are well separated from the non-vegetarian.
Bought vegan rice, have sorts of vegetables or beans to choose from. although there is only one person at the theke, but it is quite efficient.
The rating below, which it is called an Asian version of the subway, is pretty spot on - only replace brot for a sticky rice ball and its same general concept. I also enjoyed the passion fruit juice.
