The service here is awful. The staff are very rude and the tables are disgustingly dirty. The girl that was serving basically told us she’d rather we go elsewhere!
I have visited this restaurant a few times since it reopened and have found the service to be very slow. It is a shame because the café should be as busy as the other cafes in town, given its great exposure to passersby. Unfortunately, during my last visit, the coffee was not very warm and the heating needed to be turned on as it was cold inside. An elderly couple also mentioned to me that it was not very warm in the café. Perhaps this is why it is so quiet. With other cafes soon opening in town, HARVEY'S needs to make changes before they are left behind with no customers.
Day trip to Clevedon and we popped in here, had some cappuccinos which were really lovely. My son had a water and was a bit fussy with it , the lady who served us was really lovely and friendly and kind to him ,gave him a free bottle of water . My son is autistic but she didn't know that ,she treated him lovely. We will return for a cappucino again in the future :
Today, on Saturday, June 19th, we were served by a very polite young woman. The service was quick, and the coffee and cake were of good quality. It was a nice option for a quick snack after visiting Tyntesfield.
