Mcdonald's Restaurants - North Somerset

This McDonald's banned my daughter for being with her friends after school for a year which is ridiculous as she was sat down not doing anything wrong , This behaviour from the McDonald's staff was appalling and should not be tolerated

My daughter’s birthday was ruined by bad service and a long wait, missing items and cold not tepid COLD food. My son in law set off at about 5.30pm to get a birthday tea for my daughter, 1 autistic daughter who loves chicken nuggets, and the rest of the family, chosen by the children. This meal cost over £50.00. He put in the order, then waited for over 30 minutes for it. He drove it home (5 minutes) and a very hungry little girl looked for her nuggets. They had been left off the order. The rest of the food was COLD. We were all starving. My son in law drove back and complained to the manager. Obviously, he hadn’t eaten as he had been running back and forth to McDonald’s. My daughter’s meal was inedible. Small point compared to the rest of the disaster was that there were no pickles in the burgers. They replaced a couple of burgers and some chips and sorted out the nuggets. But the meal was ruined. A few weeks ago I complained direct to McDonald’s regarding an almost identical situation that occurred to my husband. We didn’t want compensation, as we decided we wouldn’t go there again. Whilst my son in law was there, he was beset by people telling him how long they had been waiting. Apparently, they are short of staff. The answer is “manage” your situation. We have had to wait at the McD’s in Street before now. The food has arrived to the car piping hot, with apologies. Perhaps get some training in over there. Certainly not fast food slow and disgusting.

The interior of maccies is very dirty and unhygienic. The staff or sitting down and not working while people are waiting to sit down. The chips were cold the burger and the burger tasted bad

Dreadful service , over 40 minute wait to eventually be served cold coffee, 2 cold burgers with Luke warm chips! No receipt issued from Ordering machine so no proof of purchase . As if they knew!

Really dirty McDonald's. Food was fine but the tables and floor were filthy. I wouldn't eat here again.
