Winstons Fish - North Somerset

Every year, we make the trip from Gloucestershire to Weston for our traditional post-Christmas fish and chips. Unfortunately, this time the food did not meet our expectations. The chips were overly hard and the portion of fish was small. We left feeling very disappointed.

A day trip to the seaside wouldn't be complete without trying some Fish and Chips, and I must say they were very tasty. We ordered two portions of fish and chips, a veggie burger with chips, and a couple of soft drinks, which totaled well over £30.00, approaching £40.00. In my opinion, it's a bit pricey, but the food was very good.

My wife and I went to winstons yesterday and found the staff very friendly and helpful the eating was excellent with great portioning and very good value for money! we will definitely go back.

Ate here yesterday Very clean on appearance the staff were a credit to the company very polite efficient and professional . They had good knowledge of the menu and were happy to alter to suite our needs. Fantastic at giving the information for allergy alert we had in our party. The food was amazing cooked just right and full of flavour happy to recommend winston to other people wanting simple tasty food with great service . thanks guys x

There are 3 outstanding chippies in Weston and Winstons has remained our favourite for over 10 years, the food is fresh and delicious, the venue is kept immaculately clean and the staff are always very helpful and friendly.
