I have taught the concept of this place, and despite the beds that do not have nightstands to rest phones/stuff and the tv as it was from the beginning of 2000, this place could have done so much more to wake us and awaken us to return. The unique design of the hotel has inflated my hopes, but once there the emotion ended. *AFTER* they forced me to sign a waiver that I was okay with a bunch of amenities they advertised but without a discount, we got a room key. The hotel's website advertises "free continental breakfast" with a photo of fresh fruit and pastries, what we have experienced was a DIY-muffin/balangel station, juices and milk in the refrigerator and no fresh fruit or pastries. They advertise high-speed internet in each room, but once there they say it in public access areas only. During the stay our room was never cleaned. The tub in our room had black discoloration in the filters. Your website shows weekend review in results in free champagne and a cookie nope. No cookies, no bubblies. I understand their audience playing at the local casino, but the least she could have done was wondering how the stay was Nope, the receptionist had no interest in when we enjoyed our stay, had any concerns like the broken windows crank or bed legs, or even if we recommend them to visit others. Too bad I really wanted to like this place.
