SevenOseven - North Strathfield

I visited Kingpin in Darling Harbour for the first time a few weeks ago and had an amazing experience with Brett's customer service. We decided to return yesterday and Brett was once again ensuring we were well taken care of and having a great time. I appreciate that Brett takes the time to chat with us and check in to make sure we have everything we need. Brett truly enhanced our overall experience at the restaurant and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Brett, for your exceptional service and cheerful demeanor. The restaurant was clean with a good atmosphere, and the kids enjoyed themselves. The machines were working properly and the staff were friendly. The music was at a reasonable volume. However, we did encounter a problem with our lane three times, which was a bit frustrating. We were eventually moved to a different lane without much difficulty. The price of $16 for a drink that was mostly ice seemed a bit high, but I don't go out often so I'm not sure if that's typical.

We went here for the first time with my son and the customer service is Superb! Specially to CHRIS who make sure my son will have the best first ever VR experience. Thank you so much again

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly friendly and the food was served quickly and was delicious. In addition to the great dining experience, there are also fun activities available such as bowling, arcade machines, Mario Kart, virtual reality, and ping pong. As an added bonus, they give you a $10 card for the arcade machines for every $30 you spend on food.
