Pizza Hut - North Sydney

This was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I am 55 years old and have ordered many pizzas before. I ordered online because I couldn't leave the motel (which was on the same road). I requested that the pizza be delivered first due to past bad experiences. The pizzas arrived after 80 minutes, cold and covered in grease. One of them even had a hole in the top of the box from the grease. The delivery person left before we noticed and when we called the number 99540957, they said they would talk to the manager and call back. Fifteen minutes later, they called again and hung up the phone. When we called back, they said we had to bring the pizzas back when the staff was gone. The customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful, and the quality of the food was so bad that even a dog would reject it. I would not recommend ordering food from this place, as it is not fit for consumption. The health department should consider shutting it down.

I do not recommend buying bread from this establishment as the quality is lacking. I ordered a thick-crust bread but received a thin and non-traditional tasting loaf that was almost like dough. It cost $13 for a large loaf that was only slightly bigger than the $5 small loaf. When I asked the staff about it, they said it was their new basic bread. The toppings were not fresh and there was no capsicum on it. I was very disappointed as their ad on YouTube claimed their bread was fluffy and delicious, but my experience did not match that description.

This restaurant serves a mediocre pizza that lacks flavor. The prices are high considering the quality of the food. I paid $36.90 for 2 pizzas, 1 drink, and 1 garlic bread and it was not worth it. My last experience was disappointing as the pizza arrived cold and the toppings were unevenly distributed. I recommend trying other nearby pizza chains for better value.

Best pizza, you have to visit again. $30 and five of us are sorted. good location and good service.

Just a standard pizza hut bland boring pizzas no flavour at all. It is also in my opinion expensive for the rubbish you receive. $36.90 for the value meal 2 pizzas 1 drink and 1 garlic bread delivered. Thats not value!! After my last experience the pizza was cold and the toppings were seperated from the base poor handling!!! You get much better value from the other major chain just up the road!!
