Domino's Pizza North Tamworth

I made an order on my phone app when I got in, I didn't have to buy more pizza. will not return money

Ordered pizza for staving children online, then after waiting 1 hour for order was told that dominos has been having a glitch and can't do the order or refund money paid. Refused to do anything about money paid. Only offered to do the order again after payment is made a second time. And told to contact bank about funds paid for first order.

Absolutely disgusted with the condition of this restaurant, smelt like sewage and cockroaches everywhere. Will never return, and left without collecting order, use can keep it and the money yuk.

So ordered a delivery $80 it said 7.30 delivery rang the store at 8pm and the lady said I’m not sure when it will get there maybe 10 or 15 minutes. I said I have young kids here waiting can I speak to the manager to get an exact time please. She said I don’t think the manager even knows. I said can I speak to them anyway please. They put the manager on he said it’s just left the store and will be there soon. Absolutely ridiculous. The quality of pizza is not that great, it’s over priced and it’s always late and half cold. Would not recommend at all.
