Cullercoats Coffee - North Tyneside

Been here a number of times, food is equally as delicious every visit. The staff are so welcoming and friendly creates a really lovely atmosphere. 10/10

Plus points 1. The location is good and has nearby free parking. 2. The prices are ok for coffee and tea. 3. The decor and seating inside is nice. 4. The breakfast wraps are ok. Negatives 1. I had a cappuccino, the milk was much too foamed and there was no smoothness to the actual coffee it was fairly harsh. I've had some excellent cappuccinos around whitley bay/Cullercoats, it felt like it had been rushed. 2. Porridge was provided in a small cappuccino cup, the cup was so small it wouldn't even fit the spoon provided... for over £3 it's not good enough. The fact the order was for blueberries and honey but it instead had a red berry compot was also fairly confusing.

The coffee at this restaurant is excellent, and they offer a variety of beautiful cakes and scones that I had a hard time resisting. The design of the place is very cheerful and eye-catching, with bright yellow cups that are sure to bring a smile to your face.

I’ve come here a few times to do work and it’s such a chill relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff. Coffee is excellent, my favourite in Whitley bay. Lovely decor also, which makes for perfect scenery when working.
