Shawarma Albake - North Tyneside

I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. I ordered a grilled sea bass fish but received a different fish that was disgusting and tasteless. I couldn't even eat it. When I called to address the issue, I was promised king prawns but they never arrived. I am very disappointed. It would be better if the restaurant was honest about running out of items instead of sending subpar replacements and hoping customers wouldn't notice.

I ordered a delivery. Estimated delivery was between and After it didn't arrive by I rang. phone calls later..After being told it was minutes away..then minutes away..to it'll be with you any second! and still no delivery! Absolutely...ridiculous! Why lie on numerous occasions about the time! Still haven't received it at nearly Will never use again

I placed an order on Uber Eats at It's Now, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. I called multiple times to inquire about my order, only to be told that it had already left the shop with the driver. The last time I called, the person I spoke to had a disgusting attitude and then hung up on me. The food never showed up. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant.

This used to be a great place with great portions lovely food after our experience today it has gone from to Mixed grill costing which from when we ordered took an hour mins to arrive. Food was dry,...shrivelled inedible. Chips were soggy. Portion was measly when called for update to find out how long it would take for delivery after waiting one hour was met with shouting abuse told he would just cancel order to which I had to explain I only wanted to know how much longer as it had been an hour. Absolutely disgusting disrespectful. Honestly people save your money open a tin of soup you will enjoy it more.

Absolute disgrace. Waited over hours. Phoned numerous times. Good arrived greasy. Tiny portions..uncooked chips. Avoid at all costs. We used to love the schwarma from there. Shame. Has the ownership changed? Just don't bother...
