Feedback gevenWhile strolling in Wallsend, we stumbled upon a charming restaurant after spotting a staff member writing on a chalkboard on a side street. Intrigued by the menu, we decided to give it a try. My mother opted for the roast dinner while I went for the panini with salad, both of which were delicious and fresh. We also enjoyed a hot chocolate each and were pleasantly surprised when the total bill came to only £10.70. The staff was very friendly and the overall experience was great. We would definitely come back to this restaurant when in Wallsend.
The food at this restaurant was fantastic, but my overall experience was marred by a rude interaction between a woman and the chef, Mohammed. Despite this uncomfortable incident, the food itself was delicious.
Visited with my daughter at lunch time were delighted with the home mince pie one of the best we've tasted. We had the pie hot with salad. The pastry was very thin light.
A real community place. One lady was celebrating her birthday 84 with friends and the place was a buzz of chatter. Took my mother and staff and customers were lovely.. After having coffee, we went back for lunch at two. They close at three, but nothing was too much trouble. I understand there is a second one.Food was good, cheap and plentiful £3.90 for a main course and lots of desserts to choose from. We will definitely be back...
When this restaurant first opened, it was exciting and always offered something new. However, now it lacks imagination and frequently does not have items listed on the menu. It is disappointing when they cannot even provide a simple bacon sandwich because they have no bacon cooked. Overall, the experience has been underwhelming.
