Booster Juice - North Vancouver

Ordered pomegranate passion for soy intolerant person after checking on website with soy containing smoothies filtered out. Employee asked if I wanted free booster, i chose combo booster since it listen gluten allergen and typically if one common allergen is listed all will be listed. I still double checked with employee who condifently told me it didnt contain soy. Got home, after drinking 3/4 of it double checked on downloadable allergy sheet, listed soy as allergen in combo booster. I called the location 10x to ask for the booster ingredients, they didn't pick up. I had to call another location to learn that the combo booster contains soy protein. My friend is looking forward to multiple days of abdominal pain.

They ignored my Skip the Dishes pickup order (after it was charged on my card) so when I got there after driving a considerable distance, the order was just cancelled and no food. They also don't care at all for being so unprofessional and creating such hassle for the customer.

This Place is great if you want TinFoil mixed in with your Shakes !!!

This Booster Juice location is disgusting ! I was horrified to see a chunk of mold at the bottle of my cup after I drank my juice , it's very apparent the machines they use are not cleaned regularly . This Booster Juice location needs a health inspection asap. On top of the mold in my cup I specifically asked for a non dairy drink . Shorty after I drank my juice I started feeling ill as I am allergic to dairy . I literally was sick for days after . I had a major allergic reaction to the dairy . I will never step foot in this Booster Juice location ever again and have warned all my friends , family and work colleagues to not cater to such a dirty environment and such incompetence when it comes to individuals allergies or dietary needs .
