Delany's Coffee House - North Vancouver

Delany's is situated next to a spacious public area in Lynn Valley, which features numerous tables and chairs. During my visit, I chose to relax with my Tim Hortons coffee, only to be informed that the area was exclusively reserved for Delany's customers. As a returning visitor, I found this quite disappointing. While it's understandable for them to reserve space for their patrons, this restriction should be clearly communicated in the public area. I noticed many others enjoying drinks from different brands without any issues in the same space. A more welcoming approach is needed, along with a visible policy displayed within Delany's property. Overall, I left feeling quite underwhelmed.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The coffee was incredibly burnt, and I just can't understand why anyone would choose to visit this place.

I've been visiting this restaurant for many years, and I've consistently found the drinks, food, and service to be outstanding. It tends to get quite busy on weekends, especially with local running groups and on nice weather days. My kids have fantastic memories of enjoying hot chocolates and cookies there on Sundays. I really can't imagine Lynn Valley without this place.

This delightful restaurant serves tasty food and coffee, all delivered by a friendly team. Treat yourself and pay a visit!

This is an amazing local coffee shop. The staff is exceptionally friendly and approachable. It's rare to encounter this level of customer interaction in coffee shops nowadays.
