Domino's Pizza - North Vancouver

Called the store after noticing that my online order wasn't showing up, only to be greated by a very rude and nonapologetic girl. She told me my order was cancelled because they couldn't reach me on my phone (I have no missed calls or voicemail at all from them) and their reason is that they apparently call their new customers to confirm who they are before placing the order for real. though, the tracker online was showing that my pizza was made and being delivered but in fact, it was never even prepared. To me it just sounded like they don't trust their clients and want to make sure I ordered a pizza for real. I placed dozens of orders through the Domino website through the years (never with that specific store) and never ever ran into any problem. They might want to review their processes and also change their approach and attitude with their clients.

This store does not follow the Zero Contact policy of Domino. It does not have contract with DoorDash and Skip The Dishes, and has turned off the online payment on the Dominos website. This review remains 1 star until Zero Contact instruction is followed appropriately.

I order from this location pretty regularly and love this crew! My pizzas are always hot, perfectly made and oh soooo good. You guys rock, thanks for the consistently great service.

They had a deal for half priced pizza and it was awesome! It felt like I was actually getting my money's worth!

Added meat into my pacific veggie pizza. Big NO NO, don’t come here go somewhere else.
