Feedback gevenI used the drive-thru to place my order, then parked in the lot and found that my food was ice cold. This is why I don't eat at McDonald's very often.
We went to this restaurant for breakfast this morning as a special treat for our son after a successful medical appointment. We placed our order using the self-serve kiosk, and two of us ordered the breakfast burritos. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that the burritos were only half filled and the other half of the wrap was folded over multiple times, so we ended up eating more wrap than filling. It seemed like there was only about half an egg and lots of processed cheese to make up for the lack of filling. I had to return to the counter because a large piece of my burrito was rock hard. Despite waiting for about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge and help me, no one offered assistance. There was a gentleman who had a similar issue with his order, but he was helped immediately while I was ignored for the third time. The staff member at the counter did not acknowledge me at all, despite being there the whole time. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I finally had to speak up and ask for help. It then took approximately 2 minutes to remake the burrito. Overall, I was not impressed with the service and quality of the food at this restaurant, and I am unlikely to return in the future.
Today I ordered what has got to be the saddest poutine known to mankind.
VERY POOR NEIGHBOUR - Starts power-washing parking lot at 5:30am on a Sunday!
This McDonald's is slightly better than average. The staff are fast, friendly, and got my order right.
