Sushi Mania - North Vancouver

We have been to all the choices in North van. This is the best. Very friendly. Nice place. The best sushi. (Hint, try your roll with the black rice, super good)

We recently visited Sushi Mania for the first time and were very happy with the quality and price of our food. We were able to try a huge range of their menu. The specialty rolls were great. Whether you want black or white rice, veggie or seafood, there are many rolls for you. The service was decent enough. Our server seemed to only take one drink order at a time which made it difficult to get drinks in a timely manner at the beginning of our meal. All the food looked and tasted great from appies to main dishes. I wouldn't order the deep fried ice cream again though, as it was a thick creamy texture. Not very "icecream" in texture. It was easy to make a reservation for a large size. We will definitely go back again if we find ourselves looking for Sushi on Lonsdale. 2 thumbs up

I've never been disappointed with this little gem of a sushi place. The Veggiemania roll is a must-have - fresh veggies and mango with black rice and a lovely dipping sauce. The ebi sunomono is a piece of art as well as delicious. And the spicy chirashi is truly excellent, with a tasty sauce on the side so you can control the spiciness. Oh and the Volcano roll, spicy and delicious.

We have ordered take-away from this place. They have wonderful selections of sushi rolls. The quality of the food is excellent. They go with little rice and more fish which is exactly what we are expecting from a sushi. I would say its' not cheap, but it offers great food for the price.

When they bring you it the spicy sauce on the side so you can control the spiciness almost too much in sashimi variety and I think real crab. The prices very reasonable. They do a pretty good take put from locals in the area.
