Tim Hortons - North Vancouver

Affordable prices, but you certainly get what you pay for. The owners skimp on quality, such as cutting bacon in half and passing it off as whole slices. The lettuce was wilted, and the overall food quality was below par. I would suggest steering clear of this Tim's if possible. The owner's money-saving tactics are clearly noticeable!

Every time I order from this restaurant, there seems to be an issue with my order. Whether I use the drive-thru or eat inside, I always end up with the wrong item, whether it’s a different sandwich or drink. On my most recent visit, I ordered a chamomile tea latte, but instead, I received plain coffee with a tea bag thrown in. Unfortunately, I only discovered this when I got home. It’s really frustrating! D:

This is my favorite morning spot in North Vancouver. The staff is quick and efficient, so I never have to wait too long. They have a great selection of food items, and they even make my iced caramel macchiato—something that other nearby Tim Hortons locations refuse to prepare since it’s not on the official menu, even though you can still order it at the counter. The drinks are delicious, and I can always rely on getting in and out within a reasonable time.

I stopped by the drive-through at around 11:30 this morning and ordered 4 sausage biscuits, 4 hashbrowns, and a large coffee. However, when I got home, I found that I only received 2 sausage biscuits and the 4 hashbrowns. I usually check my order, but the young man who served me assured me that I had ordered 4 of everything. I attempted to call the restaurant for help, but no one answered. Just a tip: make sure to double-check your order before you leave!

My visit was unfortunately marred by an extremely slow and frustrating internet connection. It felt like stepping back into the days of dial-up, as web pages loaded at an agonizingly slow pace. Even seemingly simple tasks like viewing or sharing photos required an enormous amount of patience. Given that fast and reliable internet is now expected, this Tim Hortons fell short of those standards. The internet speed was among the slowest I've ever encountered in Canada.
