Mediterranean Catering - NORTH WALES

Haven't been here since before the pandemic. Got the wrong order! The food was blan not very tasty! So sorry that this was my experience since coming back in so many years!

I hired Mediterranean Catering for my office Christmas party. We are about an hour away and the party was planned for 11:30am. The food was delivered hot and fresh and was set up on time and professionally. My employees immediately began to make their plates there was very little teriyaki flank steak or chicken kabobs left at the end of the day. Many got seconds, and many took a plate home to share with their family. The food was delicious (down to the handmade salad dressings! , the process was seamlessly painless and professional. We will be using them again, and I am passing their information along to our 22 other branches! I would highly recommend this establishment for any personal or professional need. Job well done!

Never received my catering order due to incompetent staff- I ordered dinner for 15 to 20 people coming to my house for a party this past weekend. When ordering, I confirmed that the food would be at the location that is 5 minutes from my house. I also had a conversation about what town I lived in with the person who took my order and was given a price for delivery. Since, the worker told me it would be at the location close to me, I chose to pick it up. When picking the food up on party day, I was told that my order is at the main location which is approximately an hour away from me. I called the other location to see if they would fix the problem and deliver the food. While on the call, I had the pleasure of dealing with another worker that was extremely rude and another that told me the owner wouldn't do anything because there was no driver to deliver the food. She later stated that the staff was doing everything they could to find a driver... BIG LIE! She told me she would call the owner again and get right back to me (another big lie. I never heard from her or anyone from Mediterranean Catering again. They obviously could not care less about my order or the mistake they made. This may not have been the biggest order for this company however it was recommended to me by a family member and a friend who have used the company for big events. Along with myself, both will NOT be using Mediterranean Catering ever again.
