The service at this restaurant would have received 10 stars, however it is currently unavailable. I enjoyed a delicious cinnamon latte and cake.
The venue is nice, but it appears that the staff have lost their enthusiasm to provide excellent service in the restaurant. I'm not sure why, but during my recent visits, it hasn't felt as welcoming and cozy as it used to.
The best Costa coffee by a country mile. Excellent staff, I highly recommend the coffee cream frappe. Thank you .
Moderately busy with no delay in being served but no tables were cleared in the 20 minutes I was there
