Costa - North West Leicestershire

Great Costa, good seating area and the usual excellent coffee. The food is alwyas good and a reasonable view from the seating area.

I have used this Costa many times, staff are always friendly and there is plenty of seating. Would recommend.

Super long line at 10am on a Saturday because of what looked like staff training. Appreciate new people need to be trained but when the queue has over 20 people surely the more experienced staff should take over to bring the line down?? Then the lady making our coffees stops half way and goes to ask other people what they want to drink!! How about you finish making my drink before serving others? Won't be stopping here again.

I'd had a few bad experiences here (slow service, filthy tables) so I stopped visiting for a while. I thought I'd give it another go in case it had improved but no luck. It took 3 people to serve me and they still got it wrong! You shouldn't have to ask more than once for an order but this lot seem to have no idea what service is. Their attitude could do with an overhaul too. Very disappointing all round.

The team were quick and kept the area clean and tidy. Gave service with a smile. Could sit outside and it was very pleasant.
