Antojitos - North West London

Really friendly staff combined with very tasty food make this a very good choice when they are in camden. everything is vegan. I had the spinach taquitos (expect not that the tortillas will be fried, but they live and learn.) my wife had the jackfruit tacos, and we shared a few tortilla chips salsa. everything was made fresh and served immediately. also Mexican softdrinks (we had cola) are available. tacos not as good as club mexicana but also not as expensive. update: again visited today to learn that they are permanently closed on 31 October. updated by previous review on 2022-03-08

Really great eating. we had the loaded nachos that were just perfect. especially the cheese sauce impressed me. the kerl is also super nice and helpful. not really a little bit, but I wish it was also burritos on the menu.

This pop-up in camden is really cool and the guy is super nice. I can see how it might seem a bit bland, but I enjoyed my banan blossom tacos anyway

The menu is very exciting however when it comes to the flavour it’s missing the kick! The food has no spice and it’s rather bland for my palate. Maybe could have added some small pots of hot sauces? I really wanted to love this place!

As an American living in London, I've often been let down by Tex-Mex cuisine, often finding that I can prepare it better at home. Overall, the vegan options here were just okay; they lacked spice and were quite dry. There were no hot sauces available, and the salsa was disappointing, offered in tiny portions. I would have rated it higher since the nachos were well-made, but unfortunately, they mostly tasted stale. Overall, I found the food very dry and lacking in flavor, and I don't plan on returning. The communal outdoor seating was also disappointing, featuring uncomfortable picnic tables with benches that lack a backrest.
