Wayback Burgers - North Whitehall Twp

While their burgers are delicious, the service is so horrendous that I can't, in good conscience, recommend Jake's Wayback. The workers specifically at this location during the time of my visit were slow, inattentive, and inarticulate. I waited unattended for at least ten minutes while the staff, mostly teenager, slowly sauntered around the service area. When I was finally approached, the staff member obviously lacked any sales or service aptitude. This particular staff member was unwelcoming and unfriendly. With the cost of the order, I would have expected a higher level of service. Jake's time to higher, more motivated, and better trained employees.

Absolutely the worst food that slides everywhere for $49.

The burgers here are incredible! The fries and onion rings are great! Very laid back atmosphere. Gotta visit!

First time ever there. I should have had a deluxe with tomato, lettuce, and onion. But they had no yellow mustard... I love it on my burgers ?
