A&w - North York Industiral

That 's crazy ! Order anything here that has bacon, I bet you 'll not be able to find that piece of bacon. We are fans of the Chicken Bacon wrap, but in this particular store, whenever we order it, they only put a single tiny piece of bacon that barely covers the size of 2 fingernails. I 'm not joking, that 's literally what I 'm getting. And they claim it to be a chicken bacon wrap, lol !!! ? It happened so many times here and in few different locations too. Everytime I have to bring back the wraps to the counter and ask them where 's the bacon. They then apologize and replace it. My question is : why can 't they do it properly in the first instance itself ? Why are they crying to just give us a reasonable size of bacon ? That 's extremely bad that, as customers, we are not getting what we are paying for. They are just cheating !

Today i decided to remind myself that i dont really know what is worth getting at A&W except for their breakfast menu.So i got their uncle burger combo and it is whatever, surely somebody out there really likes it.

Good customer service by counter girl Kashish. Guided us properly for vegetarian meal.

I went here at A&W Yorkdale mall today around 9pm and the cashier that was in the front wasn’t allowing me to use the coupon I have. She even ask me where did I get my coupon when it’s already written in the coupon. She was extremely rude when I ask her, and when she went to the back she said to her co worker that she I was screaming at her when I just ask her “why?what happen”I hope this kind of behaviour will not be tolerated by the management of this store.Her name was Sheenan
