Today I had a great experience at this place. Nice place to sit and enjoy food. The ambiance was perfect and clean, food was excellent and service was wonderful. They were so attentive and helpful for choosing order too. And very quick in client service. Food was delicious.

Don't bother coming to this location. I brought my family here to pick up a quick dinner while on the way home. I made the mistake of not checking my order because we didn't have the time, had an appointment so we had to leave ASAP. When we got home to eat, we noticed that I was given the wrong burger and missing a poutine. My son had pickles on his burger, which he almost vomited and my wife's fries were not fully cooked. When I called to complained I was told that I never ordered a poutine and then told to go back to the location with our dinner and show them my copy of the receipt. I told them I'm not driving a half hour there and back just just for a poutine. They still insisted i never ordered a poutine. Maybe if the employees focused more on their jobs and less time gossiping, they wouldn't make these kinds of mistakes and argue with their customers.

Great burgers, very friendly staff. Place is a bit small for dine

The staff are all liars, I called 4 times to make an order, it rang out every time, got there 10 minutes later and ordered. Then when i asked about the phone they said it wasn’t working.. i then called while i was there and the employee held the phone in their hand while it was ringing knowing it was me calling. It wasn’t busy for them not to answer, they were avoiding a phone order for no apparent reason. Because of this I lost my time to eat, only have a small window of time for lunch, because i had to wait while they prepared my food rather than save that time by placing my order in advanced, greatly inconveniencing me.
