Feedback gevenQazan kawap (wok kebab) was lamb with kebab spices and fried with onion. It was pretty good.
Quruq qorima (fried noodles) were pretty good. It was slightly sour and somewhat spicy. The sesame seeds gave it a nice taste and texture.
Goshnan (pan grilled lamb pie) may be available if it's not Wednesday. Ask! Decent. Not strongly spiced/spicy (some pepper). Crust quite crunchy (not flaky). It had a good amount of meat and tasted ok
Loved the Quruq Qorima, and the Chöchüre uyghur tortellini soup. Also worth getting the Turkish-style tea.
