Vivian, the staff member, is not only beautiful but also provides exceptional service. She is quick to respond whenever the bell rings and engages in friendly conversations with customers. Her warmth is evident in every drink she prepares, bringing a sense of comfort during the cold winter in Toronto.

We arrived to place our order around 9 PM, but they were out of mango and black tea. I ended up having to go to another location to find some good bubble tea.

I absolutely enjoyed their crème brûlée and chocolate brûlée black milk teas!

Twenty minutes wait for a bubble tea drink when there is only few customers and three staffs working. The sushi takeout place finished our entire tasting menu box order quicker than this place finishing a drink. Drink taste good but def not worth 20 minutes
