Unfortunately the food was terrible! overall bad taste, the Falafel was notting like a falafel

This is the nearest osmows store to me and most of the time their food is totally waste of money. I have emiled to the store owner about the problems this store has but seems they do not care. The other osmows store prepares really good food but this store is extremely bad. You ask for mild spicy and they will put half of the bottle. This happened coule of times whenever I directly go there to pickup. Chicken is always dry and most of the time undercooker as well. Rice would be either overcooked or undercooked. They are trying to put lot of fake reviews to make it good also. Check the name Sahil.

We ordered mild, and we love spicy food, but it was not that evening, its was way to spicy for mild!! 2. There were so little meat, it felt like Im eating pure sauce with hot pepper.
