Feedback gevenWithout a doubt the most disappointing eatery at York. Rude, inattentive staff who are always unprepared. They continuously put the wrong toppings on your sub and do not follow instructions. I once asked for barbecue sauce, and the staff member CAKED mysandwich in chipotle sauce. That being said, the issues of mis-made subs doesn 't occur if they don 't have any toppings, andissue that routinely occurs at this location. So if you want a sub with day old bread and just spinach on top, this is theplace. Most insulting of all, the staff don 't even care. I overheard the manager talking about how one of the staff members was2 hours late to work every single day, and simply stated that hopefully he 'll show up . The Quad Subway, which is a 5-minutewalk down the road, is WHOLLY superior in every single way. Avoid this one at all costs.
If I could give them no stares, I would. It is COMPLETELY acceptable to hire all sorts of people, but don?t hire people who can?t speak even partial proper English as a cashier when a problem arises. This is the SECOND time I have had problems at thisSubway. I don?t understand why my coupon would not work. She never properly explained to me WHY my coupon does not work. I haveread multiple times and NOTHING says anything why they would not accept it. I will NEVER be coming back to this Subway.
Worse subway ever. Went in and ordered the new 6in spicy buffalo chicken sub and as I was telling the lady which toppings I wanted she says Oh by the way your only allowed 4 toppings maximum . I was so taken back. She said ya this new meat onlyallowed 4 toppings. I even asked if I could pay for more toppings and she said no... The whole point of a subway restaurant isto customize your sub and I couldn 't even do that. Staff was rude and did not seem sorry. I just walked out the restaurant. Willrefuse to give my business to a place like that.
I went there today and got a oven roasted chicken sandwich and the meat was still very cold (barely defrosted). After eating it i felt sick. This was just a very horrible experience for me. Please make sure your food is not next to frozen when you areserving it.
The food here is good because they are always busy here and that's the reason why I'm giving it a 3 star because they need to expand it and even If I'm hungry I have to wait for 20 mins just for them to take my order it would be better if they placedkiosk machines like they have in mcdonalds and other places. And now the food, I tried the tuna footlong and it TASTES BLANDliterally feels like I'm eating porridge with dry chicken. If you want to go there you might as well bring a piece of bread fromhome and eat that. Btw the tip suggests I talk about the atmosphere THEY NEED TO FIX THE AIR CONDITIONER. It's like I'm sittingin a pot waiting to be cooked.
