Amazing hamburger, super friendly customer service and to make the experience even better their playlist is so cool!! I am planning to come back every Thursday for the bacon cheeseburger promotion.

Tried the West Mall location 3 times. The burgers are pricey but very good. However, the last 2 times, we were told “we don’t have tomatoes at this location”. Is this not a staple burger topping !?! Also, the first time the fries were fresh cut but frozen the 2nd and 3rd visits. For the prices charged, this is hard to swallow. I was recently advised that they don’t have onions now either. As soon as you open the door, you are greeted by two walls on either side, one of which completely hides the kitchen and prep area and makes a very narrow premises feel even narrower. This gives the place a weird vibe. I know they probably need space for storage, but, perhaps they can think of an alternative and open it up. I write this honest review because Matt’s is close to being a great spot that is really needed in this area.

I find this a great spot with a lot of original burgers that deserves a lot more attention in the Parkdale area. It isn't usually too busy, and there's a lot of good daily deals that work with those on a budget. Ordered the spicy fried chicken with cheese and enjoyed it. Encourage locals or those passing by to try this place out!

Their food is really good. They have daily deals and have also offer a pup patty for dogs. I really enjoy the food, service, and atmosphere.
