Feedback gevenI did my usual trip to Tim Hortons. The experience was good as usual. My dark roast double double was good. The staff gave very good customer service and the location was clean.
UPDATE: They finally hired people who know what they're doing, very nice thing to see This has to be the slowest location in the whole city. Not only are there only two employees in the morning, they're slow and it seems like they barely know how to do their job. They barely put any cream cheese to the bagels, and their coffee always has different taste for some reason.
It's illegal to not provide washroom access for a food area with seating at all times in the city of Toronto (something this location violates regularly). Reported.
Anyone planning on stopping at this Tim Hortons between 5am(open and 7am do yourself a favour and find another. This has the worst customer service. I feel bad for the gentleman trying to do the app orders plus walk in.Today I got their 5:05 am I was in line till 5:20am. What?? This is ongoing since they went from 2 workers first thing in the morning to 1.Unexceptable. It’s not even the workers fault. He’s working hard it’s just he’s alone. He needs one more person helping.I won’t be coming here for my breakfast order anymore.
My go to place before work. I like the dine in area as it is spacious and clean always.Vegetarian options: I had everything bagel with all the veggies. Everything was available.
