Same issue i had last time the burgers arrived all squished im pretty sure its the wendys fault I wont be ordering from them again

Coffee came with an unbelievable amount of sugar in it way too much need a selection for how many

The two JBCs I ordered arrived cold. One was well-prepared with a nice amount of mayo, lettuce, bacon, and tomato, while the other was not. The poutine was the smallest portion I've ever received, but it was tasty and still warm when it arrived. I would appreciate it if you could allow customers to add special instructions on their orders again.

I was really disappointed with my experience. The poutine was served without any gravy or cheese, so I’m not sure why it was even in the plastic tray. The Baconator with Cheese Combo was lacking half of its toppings, and the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Double Combo didn’t have any bacon or barbecue sauce at all. To make matters worse, everything was cold. I can only assume things went downhill because it was after 10 PM and the manager wasn’t on duty. I won’t be ordering from here again unless they find a way to improve.

I ordered a frosty but received an iced coffee instead, and there were three uncooked fries in my order. I won't be coming back.
