Since my favorite jerk chicken place closed downtown, I have been bouncing around looking for great Caribbean food at a reasonable price... and my search is finally over with a great find! Blue Water Curry Roti West Indian Restaurant is a tiny little place in a strip plaza on Victoria Park Ave, just north of Eglinton. The food was sent from heaven! We enjoyed Jerk Chicken with Rice Peas... and the most delectable Double I have ever tasted! This place has been around for 27 years and I have passed by their door for 27 years... and apparently I've wasted a lot of time that I could have been dining on delicious and meticulously created jerk chicken. My loss, but now that I've found it, it's your gain. So go ahead.... it's not the most modern or beautiful, but there is music playing, the ballgame on the TV, there is a sweet couple that owns the place, the beer is cold and the food quality and quantity can't be beat. Oh, and there is a beautiful mural painted on the wall. You can get lost in this beautiful painting of a southern island while you wait for your dinner. I highly recommend this mom and pop restaurant!

Tom kha soup was just alright. Other dishes are so so. I don't recommend this place.
