I visit this restaurant daily and I am very impressed with the service! The staff is incredibly kind and generous. I wish them success in the future! I highly recommend that everyone visit this restaurant.

I ordered a few items for lunch at this restaurant. When I sat down to eat, I realized that they didn't give me a fork for my poutine. I had to go back and ask for one. Finally, when I started eating, I realized that they also forgot my sandwich. I didn't have time to go back and ask for it. Overall, I would not recommend getting food from here unless you are very hungry.

Understaffed, awfully slow! 10 years later and still the same.

My trust issues stemmed from this building, my experience is so different each time that it's confusing, stressful and traumatizing ? Poutine tasted good, was served soft and hot. Employees retrieved a missing item in my order upon me pointing it out. Other times, I ordered a mac n cheese and it came cold, with little to no flavour. The cashier informed me that there were no toppings to be added, just regular mac n cheese. The cheese was very bland gross wet and flavourless. Also it was cold. The mac n cheese was somewhat warm on the outside, but cold on the inside. The restaurant itself is very warm, which didn't help because it was a hot summer day during my visit.Wheelchair accessibility: Located in York Lanes, on one floor, hence no stairs or levels.
