Customer service is great!However, the cookies aren't as soft and chewy as they advertise — its more on the crunchy side, which is the opposite of what they assured me of. Looks very appealing, but flavor wise, it doesn't hit esp. the red velvet which I bought multiple of with the expectation to love it. Disappointing indeed.

Was overjoyed with the custom monstera cake that they made for my wife’s 40th birthday! I also had a large order of baked goods (donuts,cookies,tarts,cupcakes) to go along with the order. Everyone loved them and at the end of the night, all the desserts were gone! Thank you so much

For all those who are hesitant on their wedding cake, ORDER NOW! We tried their tasting box and all 4 flavours were so good! We ended up narrowing it down to chocolate and raspberry lemon, but were still torn between the 2 flavours. Since it was 2 tier cake, we got both! The cake was beautiful and we received so many compliments from our guests for both taste and appearance.

Came just before they closed, still had a good selection of goodies. My favourite is the chocolate chip cookie bar, i think thats what its called. Shortbread chocolate shortbread. 10/10. And the young lady working was so patient and helpful regardless of them getting ready to close. Amazing

Rolling Pin made the most beautiful and delicious custom cake that exceeded all expectations. Communication was quick, efficient and kind. Pickup was seamless. Would highly recommend the Rolling Pin team for any occasion.
