I went to this restaurant expecting the usual tea and snacks, but I saw a poster for bingsu and decided to try it. The toppings were delicious, but I was disappointed with the texture of the ice, as it was more like a snow cone than the traditional shaved ice of bingsu. It was difficult to eat with a spoon, as I had to hack away at it, making a mess on the table. In the end, I couldn't finish it and regretted not ordering something else.
The ambiance of this restaurant is truly exceptional! It is the ideal spot to learn something new or simply hang out with friends. I spent a few hours there and thoroughly enjoyed the soothing music and pleasant atmosphere. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to the food. I tried the yaki fried dumplings, corndog, passionfruit juice, original croffle, and green apple tea. The dumplings were decent but nothing special. The corndog was average, and the addition of mustard and ketchup didn't appeal to me. The passionfruit tea was overly sweet, and the tapioca seemed old. The croffle was tasty, but it left a strange aftertaste, possibly from the butter used in the waffle maker. The standout item was the green apple tea, which was delicious and refreshing. While the service was excellent, the food fell short of expectations. Despite this, I believe the restaurant has great potential and I look forward to returning in the future, hoping for improvements in their menu offerings.
