Good food, not too expensive. Always ask for very crispy bacon. If you don't ask them to burn it then it will be raw.

Great food, especially the real, home cooked potatoes. Fantastic service. Fast. And the best part: the most reasonable prices in Toronto. Way, way better food for your dollar than far more supposedly 'upscale places. ' A perfect diner.Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk with a ramp at the end of the sidewalk. The doorway might be a little narrow for a wider wheel chair, but I think you could still get through

We visited this place on a Thursday afternoon when looking for something to eat. We went in as a group of five, and while it was busy inside we did get a table very fast. The restaurant isn't that big inside so maybe make sure beforehand there's seating avaliable.The atmosphere was very interesting as it had this early 70s diner look, paired with red seats and jukeboxes on the wall of every table. While they didn't work for us, it was a very nice touch.The server was very friendly and got us seated very quickly. There's a large selection of food from the menu, but I'd say the wimpy's burger is the one most people get. We ordered three wimpys burgers, a hot dog, some waffle fries, and a chicken burger. The burgers have very large patties as can be seen in he photo. Waffle fries were nice but the portions were a bit small. My friend enjoyed his chicken burger, and we had a good time. Serving time and price to portion are both reasonable.Kid-friendliness: Vintage 60s dîner look.Parking: Decent amounts of spots shared with the supermarket and other restaurants.

The service is really above and beyond here. It's a classic spot for our family when we're not quite sure where or what we want to eat so we always come here. The portions are very generous and the taste is great. You will never leave here hungry no matter how hungry you arrived.

I love Wimpy's. The staff are great and the service is fast. I like the food, myself. I don't like the home fries--I always opt for French fries--but have no other qualms about the menu. The prices are a bit high but still within reason. Their delivery via ubereats etc is always well packaged. They have great people working there.
