Subway - North Zanesville

Dinan had a great experience great service very friendly staff and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend that. very fast workers. It was pretty busy, but they got my order done and a very good amount of time very pleased.

Stopped by about 7 pm to grab a sub. A group of 3, we had coupons. COUPONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT ZANESVILLE SUBWAYS. This is not a good decision. At the very least, signs should be posted before one reaches the register. All of us are on a limited budget. At the most, they need to accept coupons that are mailed to Zanesville residents or find a way to stop the coupons. I heard more CAN'T in this visit than one customer should. They couldn't use a salad bowl for my toppings because of inventory. Same with cups. And take down that ridiculous sign on the glass announcing we ask which meats are cut in the store. It is misleading from the commercials that are telling us the meat is freshly cut, leading at least me to think it is like Jersey Mikes. Also the sign makes it impossible to see the ingredients.

Got 2 subs tonight and tried to use a coupon. Coupons are not accepted at any Zanesville Subway. That was the tail end of a disappointing visit. You can't use a bowl or cup for toppings because they are inventoried. They don't have mayonnaise packets. I don't go to Subway often and I truly do not plan on coming back here.

Very clean with courteous staff. Order was made quickly and tasted good

The young ladies working were working so hard&they were very polite! The toaster wasnt working I dont think bc my daughter and my subs were not warm that's why I'm only giving 4 stars.
