Feedback gevenWhen I asked to speak with the manager for a refund, I was told she was busy and that I would need to wait for 10-15 minutes. After the poor service we experienced, it felt frustrating to be offered only a partial refund. We had expected to receive what we ordered from the menu, not whatever the staff decided to serve. The next day, my partner wanted to give the restaurant another chance for breakfast, hoping for better service from a different staff member. Unfortunately, they again did not serve what was described on the menu, replacing my partner's ice cream with coleslaw without asking. When I ordered a poached egg, it was undercooked. I explained that I couldn't eat raw eggs while pregnant and requested a boiled egg as described on the menu. The waitress eventually returned with another egg that was only partially cooked. It’s incredibly frustrating that they can't serve the items as they are listed on the menu. The quality of service here leaves much to be desired, and it's unacceptable for customers to receive dishes that don't match what they ordered. If there are stock issues, they should communicate that with customers in advance. It's disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail.
Without a doubt, this is the most stunning dome I've ever visited. The food and coffee were excellent, and the service was outstanding. I would rate the food: 5, service: 5, and atmosphere: 5.
Open until 15 o'clock. I've got myself twice at 1 o'clock. for many turned up and they said they were closed. give the franchise to someone who can run a business, not ruin it
Great place for a coffee. quiet enough to pick up some emails between customer sessions. many private rooms.
At 7:30 AM, the café was empty. I was informed there would be a 20-minute wait because of a bus???
