PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT - SABZ PERSIAN RESTAURANT is absolutely amazing! If you find yourself in the area or even if you're not, and you're craving delicious, made-to-order food, this is the place to go. Everything from the atmosphere, service, owner, and food was awesome. The dishes pictured include freshly made Hummus Pita, Vegetable Dumplings (Manti), Shrimp Kebab with Brown Rice (Birinj) and Cabbage Salad (Kapusta), Chicken Kebab with Brown Rice (Birinj) and Diced Cucumber, Tomato, and Onion Salad (Salata), and for dessert, a made-to-order hot pudding topped with pistachio (Firnee). Trust us, the hot pudding is surprisingly delicious, so you can thank us later.

The food was very good, authentic taste. Although for the amount we paid the portion sizes were small. The service was relatively slow, especially when you consider that we were their only table at that time. There were 2 guests leaving right after we arrived and the next guests arrived while we paid. Nice experience.

What a great find! We were in the area on a nature excursion and were tying to find some where exciting to eat. We googled Syrian restaurants and quiet a few came up however Sabz stood out and they did not disappoint. We entered a very clean restaurant with tasteful decor and were promptly greeted by 2 friendly staff members. The gentleman asked us our seating preference by a window or not and then was quick with the menu recommendations. I went with the vegetable manti dumplings and they were fresh and delicate, but topped with amazing flavors, my husband opted for Tarkari which was a very warm earthy lentil soup packed with comfort flavors and served with naan. We both went with sandwiches I had a vegetarian crumble wrap and it knocked my socks off the seasonings were warm, tastebud tingling with a little spice and the pita was toasty just perfect. My husband had a chicken wrap and it was simple,filled with chicken that was perfectly grilled and seasoned and no complaints came from him. We both opted for the potatoe wedges with our meal and they were roasted and a great compliment to the perfect seasoned meal. The portions were spot on and it was very affordable. The staff members kept checking on us and made sure we didn’t want or need for anything! Authentic, excellent food, great portions. Best rice in the Lehigh valley. Real saffron. Nicely decorated, clean restaurant. Go here

We came here after skiing at Blue Mountain and we are so glad we did! The place was empty on a Sunday night, which was really surprising to us because the food was delicious and have good portions. Everything was perfectly seasoned, even the side salad! The owner was also warm and welcoming.
