Chi Take Away Northampton

We had a chaotic evening at this restaurant. The head person in charge of the kitchen and waiting staff was shouting so loudly that we couldn't even have a conversation. The waiters appeared extremely stressed, which was disappointing. We didn't receive everything we ordered, and overall, the service was appalling. Unless you're looking for a laugh, I wouldn't recommend going here - it's like Fawlty Towers.

Our 3 year old daughter really wanted fish and chips so the wife popped out and decided to try Chi’s. Big mistake! The fish was ok but the chips were dire! £15 for Soggy muck that went in the bin. I certainly wouldn’t bother buying anything from here again based on this experience!

Good helpings of each dish, but nothing very special. I ordered the usual take away meal for 3 plus some extra items. The food wqas hot and plentiful, but very average and fairly expensive.

£2 for curry sauce. £2.40 for chips! £2.60 for 5 nuggets. VERY EXPENSIVE. Me and my partner have only been for the chip shop side but for 2 people to have a meal (chicken burger, jumbo sausage, share a large chips and 1 pot of curry sauce). £12.40. Ridiculous. Had a look at Chinese side and looks expensive than usual Chinese prices.

Ordered Chinese takeaway over the phone. Confirmed all the items but when collected some items were missing. When I rang they laughed and said I could collect the missing items in 5 minutes. We live 10 minutes drive away but the food was all cold and congealed. Singapore fried rice had no flavour and sweet and sour sauce was set like a jelly! This has to be the worst Chinese food I have ever experienced and was ashamed to serve to my guests. Never again!
