Hibiscus - Northampton

Hibiscus is a hidden gem in Northampton. The service was great and the food was incredible. The 7 course tasting menu was outstanding. To improve I would recomend better signposting. If you have yet to visit delapre abbey it can get confusing. Overall excellent evening and we will be returning.

This is one of my top choices for fine dining in Northampton. The food is consistently well-planned and beautifully presented. The wine pairings are spot-on. The staff is helpful and welcoming. They always accommodate dietary needs. My only suggestion would be to include more carbohydrates, such as a potato side dish, with the main course.

The food and service were fantastic. The partridge and trout were excellent, and the toffee apple dessert and chocolate tart were outstanding. The wine selection was good, and the service was attentive and charming. Overall, a superb meal and experience.

Delightful evening enjoying The Taster Menu accompanied with matching wines to each course. Every single course was amazing, with hidden delights awakening our taste buds. It was the first night of a new menu and I recommend all to not hesitate and experience this wonderful menu along with superb service.
