Feedback gevenTerrible and bizarre experience! Firstly, the drive-thru queue was 30 minutes long due to a faulty ordering machine. Because it was a single file drive-thru, there was no way to leave and had to wait. Secondly, when I arrived at the window, I was told their scanner wasn't working either, so I had to go inside to place my order if I was using an offer on the app. At their request, I placed two app orders. The manager seemed annoyed and refused to acknowledge me at the window. After waiting for a while, the shutters were closed on me and staff were sent out to evacuate everyone behind me in the drive-thru. Customers were beeping and swearing, not realizing I was there to collect food. Eventually, staff threatened to call the police if I didn't move. After showing them my app for my second order, I was given my food with extra gravy as an apology. A very strange and stressful experience, and I still don't understand why.
I visited KFC Riverside for takeout last night on 12/3/23 and I was shocked by the condition of the restaurant. The floor was extremely greasy, making it difficult to walk on. The restroom was dirty, and the cookie display case was covered in grime and fingerprints on the inside. The food was cold and undercooked. I will not be returning to this establishment.
My friend and business partner joined me for a late lunch at KFC (Riverside branch in Northampton). The chicken pieces we were served were very small and dry. I informed the server, but they only replaced them with more dry chicken pieces. The chicken wings were especially dry and lacked flavor. This was by far my worst experience at KFC, and the customer service was equally disappointing. KFC, you need to improve.
Arrived just before lunch-hardly anyone about. 4 youngsters in the car. Ordered 4 kids popcorn chicken meals-all the same nothing complex. Gives us the ice cream and tells me to pull up and someone will bring my food shortly. Gets to 15 minutes later and still no food, try phoning-nobody answers. Don’t really want to go in as 4 kids in the car-reluctantly go in. Woman on the till-ask where food is as been waiting 15 minutes for someone to bring outside. She huffs and says it’s coming. 5 minutes later a boy brings it and can see that I’m annoyed and just says sorry for the wait. I should think so as having to come and collect your own food 20 minutes after ordering in a drive thru is pretty poor. Food was ok but ice cream obviously melted.
Came up to visit my gran who fancied kfc, she isnt mobile so she cant get out to get this herself so we went and collected. i ordered the triology box meal and the chicken in the burger was RAW. absolutely shocking, this put me off eating the rest of my food. i got about 6 pieces of popcorn chicken, a handful of chips and cold gravy. selected the watermelon drink and paid 20p extra, i did not notice my drink was incorrect until the lid that didnt fit the cup correctly fell off and i ended up dropping my drink. managed to save enough for a few sips and turns out it was pepsi. selected the supercharger dip and wasnt given any. my dad ordered seperately and requested some breast pieces, was rudely told no you get what you 're given. the customer service is absolutely shocking to just be told 'no ', they didnt even offer to see what they can do! your staff need some training on proper customer service! to make matters worse, i ordered using the touch screens and i didnt get a receipt so i have no proof of purchase! luckily i took a photo of the order number on the screen. i will NEVER return to this kfc whenever i visit northampton. (photos do not do justice of how pink this chicken was). there should be an option for 0 stars because it is not even worth one.
